J. Scott Hethorn
Law Clerk and US/Canada Immigration Specialist
Mr. Hethorn has always been fascinated with the legal world and process and has always wanted to work in this field.
Mr. Hethorn was drawn to Immigration Law for several reasons: 1) his maternal grandmother was an immigrant, and 2) he worked with Middle Eastern and Central African Refugees assisting to remove barriers to employment.
Scott served as an AmeriCorps Service member for two years working with refugees from the Middle East, Afghanistan, South America, and Central Africa assisting refugees to remove barriers to employment, as well as how to acclimate to life in the United States, without losing their own cultural identity.
Mr. Hethorn decided to expand his skills by obtaining a certification as an Immigration Specialist to assist individuals on their journey to legally enter the United States.
