Kendra Basiga

Helping people has been the driving force behind Ms. Basiga’s interest in the law.

Ms. Basiga worked as a paralegal and office administrator for a family law and estate planning law firm for 10 years before deciding to attend law school.  While in law school, she worked full-time for a lobbying and consulting firm, where she ultimately spent nearly 20 years sharpening her business structure and operations skills, medical practice consulting, and political knowledge.

Early in 2024, Ms. Basiga decided to join her husband in practicing law at the firm they have owned together for over 10 years.  She focuses her practice on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, and post-judgment issues. Her in-depth understanding of financial matters has served her clients very well, particularly in avoiding potential pitfalls and in negotiating highly favorable outcomes during settlement discussions or while advocating for her clients in litigation settings.

Ms. Basiga’s passion for helping others has and continues to be, at the very forefront of her representation – consistently exceeding client, court, and even opposing counsel’s expectations.  It is no surprise that her reputation for kindness has become the hallmark of Ms. Basiga’s practice.

In addition to her law practice, she volunteers as a Board Member for a local homeless shelter and has been an invaluable volunteer for several other non-profit organizations.  She has tirelessly dedicated her efforts to helping others, both in and out of the practice of law, and continues to show her compassion and integrity on behalf of each and every client.
